  • Incorrect or Incomplete Reports: If the report provided contains significant errors or is incomplete due to a mistake on our part, you may request a refund. In such cases, we will redo the report free of charge and apply a 25% discount to your next order as a goodwill gesture.
  • Services Not Rendered: If you have paid for a service that we have not provided, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the report, you received due to reasons that are not due to your own input or data errors, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@renrep.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request” within 14 days of receiving your report.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, descriptions of errors).
  3. Review Period: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Services

As all reports are customised to each customer’s specific requirements, all sales are final. However, we will work with you to address any issues with the report as outlined in the Refund Eligibility section.
